I had to write this down somewhere, so forgive me if this is a little out of the blue. But, for anyone who has kids in high school (or will be soon), there is something you should have created for you by an experienced college counselor…it is called a College Timeline.  This is basically a cheat sheet for what your kids should be doing to prepare for college admission all through high school.  I just had Danielle Bianchi create a custom timeline for my son and I was shaking my head wondering why I had not heard of this before.

It was not expensive…especially when you start to consider how much time she will save you with the timeline…it is absolutely the best money I have spent in a very long time.  Check it out if you are trying to plan what you or your student should be doing for the next year or two in high school.  Good stuff.
